How we make money

The short answer, as of July 19, 2026: we don't. Here is exactly what that means.

Today

• No ads. There is no advertising anywhere on the site.
• No affiliate links. Every vendor link on this site is a plain, untagged link to the vendor's own listing. We earn nothing if you click one or buy something.
• No vendor payments. No vendor pays to be tracked, listed, or ranked, and no vendor can pay to be excluded or favored.

The site's running costs are paid out of pocket.

If this changes

If we ever add a revenue source — ads, affiliate links, anything — this page and the privacy policy will be updated before it appears on the site, and any affiliate link would be disclosed on the page where it appears.

Commitments that hold either way

• Paid relationships will never affect prices, rankings, sort order, or which vendors appear. Every number on this site is produced by the same automated collection and classification pipeline described in the methodology, and is never edited by hand.
• Every vendor gets identical treatment — same daily collection, same form-factor grouping, same per-unit math — whether or not they ever pay us anything.
• Accuracy comes first. A wrong number is worse than no number, which is why listings whose unit count can't be verified are shown as lot prices and excluded from per-unit stats rather than guessed.
